Fear not!
Are you going through issues in life that is making you fear? Are you having bad thoughts about tomorrow? Fear not!
Philippians 4:6-7 NLT
“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds AS YOU LIVE IN JESUS CHRIST.”
God is not happy with us when we live in fear. Instead of living in fear, let us talk to our father who is always willing to help us in times of need. With God, all things are possible. It doesn’t matter what anybody says. Only the word of God stands sure.
Even when everything is looking down in our lives, it is not because God cannot help. There could be a disconnect somewhere. It is never the will of God that we should go through problems in life.
We need to get closer to him and know what he is saying concerning the matter. When we know the mind of God concerning our issue, our fears will go away.
Therefore we must stay close to God in fellowship daily. Every good and perfect gift comes from God. Good health, wealth, children, longevity, family etc.
Let us not dwell in our problems but meditate in the promises of God. Let us avoid self-pity. That is what the devil wants to see. Instead, let us give thanks and praise to God for what he can do. No issue is too late with God. Someone who raises the dead. What is the issue that we are going through that we think it’s too late?
Deuteronomy 31:8
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Psalms 34:4-5
“I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed.”
Psalms 23:4
“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”
Psalms 56:3-4
“When I am afraid, I put my trust in You. In God, whose word I praise—in God I trust. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?”
Psalms 27:1
“The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”
Psalms 46:1-3
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling.”
John 14:27
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”
Psalms 91:4-5
“He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler. You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day.”
Deuteronomy 3:22
“You shall not fear them, for it is the LORD your God who fights for you.”
